Enoch N. Bartuah

Executive Director
Enoch N. Bartuah is a Proficient and adaptable development professional with over nine years of hands-on experience in the areas of policy analysis and public sector reform, with a strong track record of delivering on complex, community-based, and government-aligned development programs. Demonstrated ability to work in both field and policy settings—bridging implementation realities with strategic policy frameworks.
Currently serves as Policy Analyst II at the Good Governance Commission of Liberia, where responsibilities include analyzing governance challenges, supporting reform evaluation and implementation, and contributing to the development of evidence-based governance policy strategies. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in development studies from the Kigali Independent University in the Republic of Rwanda and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Liberia, the Republic of Liberia.

Wonyean Beah

Senior Program Manager
A highly experienced Program and Data Manager professional with over a decade of extensive experience in project management, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement in various development areas. He has established ability to design and implement electronic data collection systems with real-time dashboard to track project performance.
His research methods encompass qualitative and quantitative research methods, cutting-edge data analysis using platforms such as PowerBI, SPSS, Tableau, Excel, etc and top-level experience of web and mobile data platform collection including CommcareHQ, Kobo Toolbox, SurveyCTO, Qualtrics and ODK Collect. He had consistently performed well in creating and installing project management tools, workflow automation, and ensuring data integrity and security.
He has worked in Liberia and has implemented projects for several organizations like USAID, UNICEF, World Bank, King Philanthropist, EU and individual donors.

Tannie Bartekwa Ajavon

She possesses a robust analytical skill set and a strategic mindset to financial management and decision-making. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and advanced financial analysis, she excels in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Her expertise extends to financial modeling, risk assessment, and the implementation of effective financial controls, ensuring organizational profitability and compliance with regulatory standards.
She has demonstrated a commitment to continuous professional development and leadership excellence. She is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business growth initiatives.

Harrison Bartuah Waydon Development Studies
(Monitoring and Evaluation Manager)
Harrison Bartuah Waydon is a dedicated and resourceful development practitioner,
conservationist, and educator with over a decade of extensive experience across multiple
disciplines, including education, public policy, governance, biodiversity conservation, project
implementation, poverty alleviation, gender equality, and sustainable development. His
multidisciplinary background and practical expertise enable him to design, implement, and
evaluate initiatives aimed at fostering social and economic progress in developing contexts.
Harrison holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies (First Class Honors) — Kigali
Independent University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Forestry (Honors, cum
laude) — University of Liberia.
